Our 2-3 yrs.
Toddler room program is led by 2 experienced Diploma educators, a Diploma trained educator and a trainee Certificate 3 Educator.
These dedicated Educators create a stimulating, nurturing and exciting environment for our active toddlers, emphasising social communication and exploration throughout all routines and experiences. Messy play, movement and social skills are just parts of our dynamic programs, which also reflect the children’s strengths, interests and developmental needs of this age group.
- Encouragement to actively explore, challenge, experiment and wonder
- Build trusting relationships with educators and peers
- Different learning areas including creative arts, library, home corner, constructions and quiet spaces.
The children within the Wombat room are encouraged to actively explore, challenge, experiment and wonder within their learning environments. They are learning about their sense of belonging as they build trusting relationships with educators and peers and develop a sense of community with each other. The room encompasses different learning areas such as creative arts, library, home corner, construction, quiet spaces and areas to just be.
The Wombat room celebrates children’s achievements and promotes their growing independence and lifelong skills. It is a place where we foster each child’s curiosity and wonder about their world; a place where they learn the value and beauty of developing friendships, a place that allows each child to develop their skills and interests at their own pace and a place they can dream, imagine and feel proud of themselves.
